SUPPLY CHAIN FOCUS
Our services focus exclusively on a company's supply chain and the information flows that support this part of your business. For many companies, the supply chain is a function that sometimes just runs on autopilot and things happen "...because we've always done it that way." It may not always be the most interesting part of the business, but small supply chain improvements result in capital savings and higher profits.
CONSULTING APPROACH
Our approach is to systematically analyze a company’s supply chain processes and systems through interviews, focus groups, and formal procedural reviews. We start at a high level and, using lean and continuous improvement concepts, identify areas for further review. We will make recommendations and then work with management to determine the business impact and the projected effort/duration/cost-benefit of these initiatives. We’ll then work with management to prioritize these projects and provide a high-level workplan for your team to implement the identified improvements. Alternatively, we can serve as a member of your organization and assist in the implementation and roll-out. That’s how we ensure your success and how you can begin to use your supply chain as a competitive weapon.
